An interdisciplinary approach to drug-abuse research | news @ Northeastern very, very important and significant to PTSD folks, and counselors working with women who have PTSD, women who counsel those with this, and trauma survivors, as the desire to "block out" that which is too painful to deal with, often leads to addiction. Not always, is this the case, but often it is. Moreover, many of us have children. WE MUST protect them, from the LEGAL drugs available...for instance...try a search on You Tube...for "legal drugs".I lost count, and some of these drugs, not only kill HUMAN BEINGS, as they were never meant for human consumption, they cause gangrene...a condition, which can lead both to septicemia, and ultimately, the loss of a limb, large or small. Obviously, untreated...and our kids may NOT research drugs before using them..especially these LEGAL drugs..(often they may think...well if it's not prohibited...it MUST be safe.) NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH!
